One-on-One Coaching

THE PRESENCE OF A WITNESS IS CENTRAL TO HEALING, REPARATION AND RECOVERY

I work with men, women, couples and teens.

During our one-on-one coaching sessions, I will meet you with warmth, compassion and a stubborn dedication to guide you to heal your issues, traumas and blockages. There will be deep conversations, detailed questions, and personalized activities to rewire, re-parent and re-build from the root up. It’s time to rise above it all because you are significant, worthy and deserving!

With my laser focus on root cause, emotional literacy, trauma healing, and mindset redesign, we will be addressing:

• the dynamics of the environment you’re in
• the gentle exploration of your mind-body connection
• the quality of your relationships 
• and your internalized belief systems

My promise is to guide you, help you dig deep and see you re-build a resilient foundation and tangible results from the bottom up — drawing from my years of skills as a coach and all the experience and wisdom I acquired from my own healing process. I also believe a person’s healing journey is as unique as their fingerprint so every healing protocol will be catered to each client individually.

Together, we gently explore and examine the many layers while I help you on your journey of living a life that brings you the most joy, meaning, and sense of freedom.

A recurring day and time slot is reserved and available to you for a private 50-minute coaching session with me. This is an ongoing professional relationship that helps you produce transformational results and enhance the quality of your life.

After signing up I will email you within 24 hours to schedule our first session. 

• WHERE: Zoom, participants can be anywhere in the world

• BILLING: In keeping with realistic timelines for healing, and, to make administrative processes easiest, this is automatically billed as a subscription. It also saves you time and energy by not having to pay for single sessions one by one manually.

• CANCELLATION: You can cancel this subscription at any time when you are ready to stop. You can also pause or skip billing cycles when away on vacation or unable to attend a scheduled session (24 hours notice required).
